  • Carroll University’s International Physical and Mental Health Insurance (CISI 24/7 Team Assist) 1.855.327.1411 (Policy # GLM N14285453 and your Participant ID can be found on the pdf card emailed to you before you departed). 
    • Please note that some students may be registered under another comparable international insurance. This would have been indicated to you before you departed. 
  • Mental Health - In addition to your international insurance resources, you can also contact the Walter Young Center, but keep in mind, it is only open during business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm Waukesha Time) 262.524.7335.
  • Carroll University Public Safety 24/7 262-524-730
  • Your professor will also have access to an emergency line on campus.

Local / Domestic

  • For mental health, you will need to ask your professor for the contact information to a domestic mental health line which has 24/7 service. 
  • You can also contact the Walter Young Center, but keep in mind, it is only open during business hours (8:00 am - 4:30 pm) 262.524.7335. 
  • Your personal, domestic insurance may cover certain physical and mental health situations.

Confidential Reporting Options 
Students and employees may wish to seek confidential assistance in dealing with sex discrimination, sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, and stalking. The University has identified the following employees who will maintain confidentiality under the professional license or professional ethics necessary for performing their employed role at the University and are not compelled to report discussions with a victim of the University Sexual Misconduct policy to Title IX Staff.
