Professors of Existing CCEs
Prior to the start of courses opening, for a specific term, you will be asked to submit a budget, syllabus, proposed itinerary, min/max number of students, travel dates, etc. Check out the CCE application deadlines here. If you need to make edits to your website brochure, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you are approved to run your course again, you will be added to a canvas course, CCE Preparation. Here you can find an FAQ, important documents, and things to remember. If you have not been added, please email email@example.com.
Please encourage your students to complete all post-decision materials on their application by the due date - 60 days prior to departure of your particular course. If your students are volunteering throughout the semester, the start of the semester is considered the departure date.
